Meet the Team

  • Kristen Mueller

    LOV DIRECTOR

    Dr. Mueller is an associate professor in emergency medicine at WashU, working clinically in the ED at Barnes Jewish Hospital, Christian Hospital Northeast, and St. Louis Children's Hospital. She completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin and emergency medicine residency at Washington University in St. Louis. She is the current Director of the LOV program, and has been a leader in program development, implementation, and evaluation since 2016. 

  • Julia Fleckman

    LOV DIRECTOR, INCOMING

    Dr. Fleckman is an Associate Professor at WashU School of Public Health. She holds a PhD from Tulane University in community health and behavioral sciences and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at The University of Chicago. Her work centers on the prevention of violence and violence-related harms.  

  • Lindsay Kranker

    LOV MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. Kranker, MD, is a Trauma Surgeon at Barnes Jewish Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine.

  • Melik Coffey

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Melik holds a Masters of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. He started as a case manager with the LOV program at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in 2018.

  • Lori Winkler

    HEAL TEAM SUPERVISOR

    Lori (MSN, RN, TNS, CPEN) supervises the Hospital Engagement and Advocacy (HEAL) Team. She is a nationally recognized pediatric injury prevention expert, with over 40 years of experience working clinically in emergency medicine. Her experiences as a paramedic and emergency department nurse enable her to foster community connections and partnerships.

  • Dominique Crittenden

    HEAL TEAM MEMBER

    Dom is the outpatient H.E.A.L. Team representative at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings expertise as a community outreach representative and former youth specialist. He is dedicated to delivering trauma-informed care and connecting vulnerable populations to essential resources.

  • Keyria Page

    CLINICAL CASE MANAGER

    Keyria is the clinical case manager at Barnes Jewish Hospital and has been with the LOV program since 2018. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Masters of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis.

  • Grace Rice

    CLINICAL CASE MANAGER

    Grace is the clinical case manager at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University.

  • Darren Seals

    HEAL TEAM MEMBER

    Darren is the inpatient HEAL team representative for Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Outside of his work with LOV, he founded and runs Sankofa, a youth mentoring organization. He is an established author and film actor whose books and movies reflect his life experiences and deep connection to the community he serves.

  • Kateri Chapman-Kramer

    RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER

    Kateri holds a Masters of Social Work and has been with the LOV program since 2018.

  • Taylor Kaser

    DATA ANALYST

    Taylor holds a Masters of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to her work with LOV, Taylor supports ongoing research efforts across the Emergency Medicine Department at WashU.

  • Zoe Miller

    PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Zoe holds dual Masters of Social Work & Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis. She supports LOV’s ongoing data management and program evaluation.
